The actor Boris Karloff was born William Henry Pratt on November 23 1887 in London.
With over 200 film and television credits Karloff is honored with two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
He is probably best-known for his portrayal of the monster in the films Frankenstien (1931), Bride of Frankenstein (1935), and Son of Frankenstien (1939).
